We often receive queries, so this guide is intended to provide you with the answers you need sooner and provide us with more time for printing your artwork.

Most questions we receive are in regards to making payment, our online design editor, turnaround time, in addition to other generic printing info.

In this guide we cover brochure printing, letterheads, business cards, postcards and posters. For example we, full bleed double sided printing is something we provide for brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards. Compliment slips and letterheads as another example though, full bleed printing we offer on just one side.

All artwork provided is for our own printed products only, but artwork and recreated logos may be purchased that will be provided in several formats for both digital and print use.

Professional printing requires industry specific professional tools and experience that provide a finish unparalleled to a DIY service.

You will be hard pressed to find the same quality and service on the industrial estate.

In short, yes!

Our web to print system and state of the art printing presses cuts out the long process of setting up printing plates, which also means that we can print, cut, coat and package your goods within minutes from receiving an order.

Yes, we can and do! 100% of our volume is printed on FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper.

We will consider it if you are willing to pay extra for bespoke printing sizes.

PAYMENTS & INVOICES

We accept all major debit and credit cards without additional charge, in addition to PayPal as an option when you checkout.

You can also pay by BACS or over the telephone by choosing the "Telephone Order" option on the payment screen.

Please remember that work will only start as soon as payment is received and cleared.

We do, but because it does vary from time to time we strongly suggest one of the payment methods listed above instead.

Yes, transactions are processed via our payment merchant PayPal and so no financial information is stored by us or our website.

Online payments are secured using a secure payment server with the highest possible commercially available level of encryption.

Yes, and we do since all prices include VAT, making our prices even cheaper for VAT registered businesses.

If you are VAT exempt or a registered charity.

Our ordering system is not currently automated to handle that, sorry!

DELIVERY

Our standard delivery charge is included in all prices shown on the website other than the free business cards which is charged at £3.95.
